On this episode of Career Journeys is Lieutenant Stuart Hillenbrand ’04 by phone from Washington D.C. Stuart is Lieutenant with the Secret Service Special Operations Branch. A Uniformed Division Federal Officer, Stuart provides protection for the President, Vice President, and people designated by the Executive Branch of the United States government for protection. A political science major at the Colleges, he worked with the Geneva Fire Department as well. Stuart has protected the White House, Treasury Building and Annex, the Naval Observatory, and embassies. He has traveled all over the country and the world as part of the President’s advance team. Stuart has maintained his ties to the Colleges by participating in the Career Services Day on the Hill trip to Washington D.C.
