Career Journeys, a new limited-run podcast from the Herald and the Salisbury Center for Career, Professional and Experiential Education, is designed to help introduce parents, students, alums, and prospective students to the wealth of opportunities and pathways that Hobart and William Smith alumni and alumnae have taken following their graduation. The show is produced and hosted by Alex Kerai ’19 in conjunction with the Herald and the Salisbury Center. It is recorded in the WEOS (NPR) studio on campus and includes live in-studio and over the phone interviews.

Every other week we will be interviewing alums who are leaders in their field. Our first episode comes out June 3rd and will feature Brad Falchuk ’93 L.H.D. ’14, the writer, producer, director, and co-creator of shows like Glee, 9-1-1, Pose, and American Horror Story. Stay tuned throughout the summer for episodes including Thomas S. Bozzuto ’68, L.H.D. ’18, chairman and co-founder of The Bozzuto Group; Judge Shireen Avis Fisher ’70, Justice of the Special Court for Sierra Leone; Aileen Gleason ’85, senior vice president of Global Product Solutions at Bank of America Corp.; and Dr. Mark Mapstone ’89, psychologist and pioneering Alzheimer’s researcher.
